This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Words can't describe how incredibly grateful I am to have worked with such a great company. I know this is supposed to be about the house however the rental company was the first encounter. From start to finish everyone on staff was professional, courteous and more than kind. I would consider this how afain specifically because of my experience with Elliot. They are in a class by itself. I am in the real estate business and deal with rental companies on a resort island. I know them well the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them. I would stack this company up with the best of the best. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and golf cart rentals available which made everywhere accessible. The house was very nice. Know that the only access to lower level is from outdoor stairs. Upper porch had great view of local fireworks!
Part of the fencing was down in the backyard.
