Welcome to Guest Cottage #20, a second-row beach retreat in the popular Shore Drive area. Just a short stroll to the ocean, this two bedroom, two bath cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Inside, you’ll find an open living area concept designed for gathering and relaxing after a day in the sun. Cottage #20 features WIFI access, flat-screen TVs, central heating and air, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Enjoy the community outdoor pool or rinse off in the outside shower after time at the beach. The street-side balcony with furniture provides a pleasant place to unwind, and the on-site grill makes family cookouts easy and enjoyable. With four parking spaces available, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Please note this is a non-smoking property. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. A doorbell camera is present for added security.
Weekly rentals are available year round, and monthly winter rentals are also offered.
Guest Cottage #20 is the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable beach getaway.
