This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

In Cherry Grove, beach days and laid-back waterfront living go hand in hand, and Channeling The Sun gives you a place to enjoy it all. This pet-friendly house sleeps up to 12 guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it easy to bring family, friends, and your four-legged companion along.
A floating dock and kayaks invite you to get out on the water, while foosball, ping pong, a hammock, and an outdoor swing offer plenty of ways to have fun between adventures. After a day in the sun, settle into the outdoor seating area and catch a show on the TV, or gather around the firepit as the evening winds down. Beach chairs and accessories, a Keurig, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience.

Absolutely stunning home on the channel! We spent most of our time in the pool and fishing on the private dock. We will be back next year!
Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The location is perfect for families looking to spend some private, quality time in a peaceful area. Not crowded, local traffic only. Perfect for fisherman or leisure boating right from your own private dock. The pool was perfect, a cool place to hang with great views. Short walk to the beach, makes it convenient since there is limited public parking, which you must pay for.

Beautiful house! Loved the pool and being on the channel and fishing & kayaking was amazing. Allowing pets was a huge plus!!! Definitely would rent again!!!!❤️
It has the best amenities. We enjoyed the pool and it’s a great location for fishing. The fence was a plus for the dog. The outside sitting area was enjoyable for watching TV and playing games.
The house was beautiful and very nice. We had a great time . Thank you for having us and hopefully we can come back next year or the next.
