This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.

This inviting house sleeps up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two master suites with private baths.
The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare meals and gather around the table. Spend your afternoons relaxing on the covered, furnished porch or catching a show in the outdoor TV area. Six flatscreen TVs with Roku provide entertainment throughout the home, while the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

We love the property. Nice deck and furnishings outside. We've stayed here before and the floor is uneven. The layout of the house is nice and it has a beautiful view of the marsh, is close to the beach with a short walk, and nicely equipped. We messaged about water not being hot and it was taken care of quickly and by a very nice man who was so kind. I love the text feature for getting in touch with Elliott. This is the best experience we've ever had with Elliott. Thank you!
5 star property!
Great location, great home. This home had all of the great amenities needed to be outdoors enjoying BBQi g, eating dinner and TV Watching right outside. You can even bring your own boat to enjoy. The bathrooms are updated and were roomy for the size of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and appliances were new. Highly recommend this location to the beach only 2 blocks away too. Only one mile to grocery store. Renting golf carts also was helpful but not necessary since close to the beach.
Our family of 8 loved staying at this house! We had plenty of space and we spent so much time outside on the deck and at the dock. My grandsons loved using their nets to try to catch little fish off of the dock. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was very clean and nice. We can’t wait to stay here again!
If you want the best of both worlds, then this is the place!! We are enjoying the beautiful marsh with the incredible colors during sunset, but we are just steps away from the beach. My favorite activity is midnight walks on the beach looking for shark's teeth with my headlight!! LOL Seriously, beautiful house, beautiful decor, nicely stocked, very comfortable and a new washer and dryer on the main level, no walking up and down the stairs!! Also there are smart TV's in every room, have your passwords ready!! Love it here!!
