This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove’s laid-back beach-town charm sets the stage for a getaway filled with ocean breezes, sunny afternoons, and time well spent with family and friends. Carolina Tradewinds South stands out with space for up to 22 guests, making it easy to bring everyone together without sacrificing room to unwind. This spacious home features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bath, along with two balconies for enjoying the coastal air.
An elevator adds convenience across floors, while the game room and pool table bring a little friendly competition to evenings indoors. Mix drinks and serve snacks at the wet bar, then rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the sun. An in-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher help keep everyday chores manageable, and the shared pool provides another place to cool off during its seasonal opening from March 16 through October 14.

We stayed at Across the Isle. EVERYTHING was awesome. Can't think of any one think I enjoyed more than the other. However, the porch was the best part of every morning and evening.
There's plenty of seating and dining space for a large group. There are 2 refrigerators with ample cold storage. Plenty of kitchenware. Could use some smaller glasses for kids. Mattresses were comfortable a Good location, close to beach access. Really liked the rocking chairs on the 4th floor balcony.
