This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The pet-friendly home features eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bath, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out.
Take a break from the beach with a friendly game of pool in the game room, or fire up the grill and enjoy a meal outdoors. An elevator makes getting around the house easier, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay. Beautiful house and great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach.
I thought this was the best place we have stayed. We come with my 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 of their boyfriends/girlfriends. They youngest person in our group is 20 years old. The other grandparents came as well so we totaled 14 in our group. Every thing about the house suited our needs. The pool was great and the guys of all ages enjoyed the pool table. I loved the big dining table where we all sit together. Thanks for having us. I hope to come back next year! Diana Yeager
We had a perfect family reunion! Absolutely fantastic home that is very spacious. We loved that the dining table fit all 15 of us at once. We could hear the waves on the beach from our room. Would definitely rent here again! The pool is bigger than the pictures show :)
The Carolina Palms is a beautiful beach house and we’re so happy to have stayed there. Beautiful home, clean, stocked kitchen, porches on every floor that look out to the ocean, big bedrooms with big closets, even a double shower in one of the bathrooms! The pool was in full sun all day, the hot tub worked great, pool cleaning company showed up every day of our stay to keep it perfectly clean! Highly recommend this house if you are looking to stay right on the beach!

Carolina Palms is a beautiful home located on the beach. It is clean and has plenty of space. I would come back again and would definitely recommend this property to others.
The house has spectacular views, great pool and hot tub. Bedrooms are large and can accommodate very large groups. Kitchen is made for entertaining and has ample room for over 25 seated guest. Great place, hope to have a family reunion here.

Best beach vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!
Carolina Palms for the win! 21 family members from 6 states came together, some meeting for the first time. The CP and North Myrtle Beach were the perfect host. A house so spacious that each family their own room! To accommodate a crowd that size, CP was clutch! 3 refrigerators, 2 dish washers, 2 washing machines/dryers, 3 coffee machines, 2 slow cookers and plenty of dishware/cookware. The website pictures of CP did not exaggerate. This place is perfect in every way! Thank you to CP, Elliott Realty and the super responsive and pleasant staff answering all our questions and needs.
This place is amazing! The pool may need a backwash…jets not ‘jetting’ well. Everything was very clean upon arrival. There was thick cleaning residue left on all the refrigerator shelves, but I’ll take that as piece of mind that it was cleaned! All the beds were very clean and made! All major appliances were in working order. 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers….CLUTCH!! Wonderful property with expected normal wear and tear. All the back cushions for the 2nd floor deck sofa are missing. I recommend a brush and dust pan be supplied. We have a broom, but no dustpan to pick up the debris.
It's a beautiful house, with lots of room.. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away for a week!

Great house for a guys golf trip! We used the kitchen every day, as well as the gas grill and spa. Everyone in our group agreed this would be our regular house for our annual golf trip to Myrtle Beach!

The house is exactly as the photos show. Beautiful and clean. It was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Grill was ready and propane was available - which was great for our family party. The team at Elliott was extremely helpful and very responsive to questions asked. Process of renting and checking in was well explained and easy.
Overall, a fantastic property that was able to comfortably accommodate our large group. Beach front access and pool are fantastic.

14 big beds for 14 grown men. 60 inch TV's in each room allowed us to watch the World Series. Great ocean views. Hot tub was perfect for after golf aches. We all loved it. Can't wait till next year .
Great place, spacious. Well appointed and clean. The only thing would be to have more than one dishwasher pod, spray cleaner and more paper towels. Would definitely book here again.

The house was even nicer than the photos shown, they don't do it justice! It is also located next to a public beach access but it was no bother to our family.
