This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced – any violation will result in eviction.

Carolina On My Mind gives your group a welcoming place to settle in, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to nine guests.
Spend the afternoon cooling off in the community pool or relaxing in the outdoor seating area before firing up the charcoal grill for dinner. Inside, the kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer to make longer stays more convenient. When it’s time to unwind, spread out between the living areas, each equipped with a large TV, or challenge everyone to a game on the Xbox. Cornhole adds another way to enjoy time outdoors, and the outdoor shower comes in handy after a sandy day by the sea.

Very beautiful place, and the beach is within walking distance! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and made for a great stay.
The house was nice, but had an unusual layout. We had expected the kitchen to be downstairs like most 2-story homes, but in this case it was upstairs with 2 of the bedrooms. Downstairs consists of a single large family room and a bedroom/bathroom. There is a large church right across the street, so that is a huge plus if you wish to visit on Sundays. Thanks!
Nice place to stay…We really enjoyed our stay.
The place was in great shape, almost like new. There was an issue with a faulty CO2 detector, Elliott was very responsive in taking care of the issue. All in all we loved the house and will definitely consider staying there again.
