This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Carolina Breeze makes that beachside experience even better with an oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic and plenty of space for a big family gathering or group getaway. This spacious house features eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and one half bath, sleeping up to 26 guests.
When everyone needs a break from the beach, challenge the group to foosball or ping pong in the game room, or settle into either living room with its 75-inch TV. Outside, a 12-person hot tub and outdoor seating create a relaxing spot to unwind together. An elevator, double oven, stainless steel appliances, and wet bar make group stays more convenient, while beach chairs and towels are provided for days on the sand.

This place is truly beautiful, with great amenities. The pool was so hot that it wasn’t refreshing, despite fresh water being added. There were a few small things that would have made our stay even more pleasant, but it was an absolute delight!!
A++ PLACE, BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, AND SPACIOUS
The location and the house were superb. Really great. A house with this many bedrooms and square footage is designed for big groups, which we were. The amenities in the kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, cooking resources, etc) all were completely lacking and it had us constantly scrambling just to function.
It was a spectacular place .
Our family had the pleasure of spending a week at The Carolina Breeze, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home itself is beautifully maintained, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The accommodations were excellent, offering plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of the property was the outdoor space—it was both inviting and well-designed, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and family time. From morning coffee to evening gatherings, it was a feature we enjoyed every single day. Overall, our week here felt like a dream vacation. The combination of a beautiful home, excellent amenities, and a serene atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. We would not hesitate to recommend The Carolina Breeze to others, and we very much look forward to the opportunity to book again in the future.
We stayed at Carolina Breeze and it was fantastic. The house could not have been better. It was spotless and had so many amenities that I can't even list them all. We have been renting summer vacation homes at Myrtle Beach for over 40 years and this was by far the nicest home. The owners know how to cater to families staying there. The pool and hot tub were also fantastic. Our family spent many times just enjoying the outside features. This is a home that we would surely rent again. I know the home was very new but you could tell the owners made it very nice for themselves as well as renters. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it.
