This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

In Cherry Grove, Britt House puts you right in the middle of a classic North Myrtle Beach getaway, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms feature private balconies where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and ocean views.
Spend sunny afternoons cooling off in the private 14-by-30-foot pool, then rinse away the sand in the enclosed heated outdoor shower. The fenced yard offers space to unwind outside, while the porch swing and charcoal grill make it easy to enjoy relaxed evenings together. Inside, stainless steel appliances, a private office, and an Xbox 360 add convenience and entertainment between beach outings.

Oceanfront property with plenty of room for our group of 6. Loved the location! Private pool was a nice perk as well. Property had a crockpot as well as the normal kitchen items you'd expect which was nice for coming back from the beach to dinner. Property also had box fans available which I wish I'd have asked about before we brought them lol. Didn't need them upstairs but the master did get warm. Overall its a very nice property that needs a little attention to the flooring on the kitchens/dining room side. I loved sitting on the swing under the house and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. We had a VERY hot week with heat advisories so it was nice to have that shady spot to sit.
We enjoyed staying at the Britt house. Oceanfront with a pool is just what we wanted.

Great location steps from the beach, beautiful crystal clear pool, very spacious. Check in was a breeze, I would definitely use Elliott Rentals again.
The place is fine. Front door lock was not working but Elliott sent locksmith to fix right away!

Very thankfull with Elliott Realty's because they let us enter earlier than the check in time (appreciate that). The house location's is perfect 10 out 10 few steps of the beach and with the pool OMG made our vacations even greater.
Very nice home, only wish it had an elevator, other then that it was perfect!!
Everything is going pretty good so far. One TV can't access Roku system. Outside of that great.

We had a great time and the house was perfect! Loved having a pool to ourselves and being right on the beach
Beautiful home, we wish check in was quicker but we dealt with it. Please invest in a broom and dust pan so we can keep up with the sand
The Britt House is beautiful! The view from the master suite is amazing. You can lie in bed and watch the waves crash onto the beach. The home is spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was a negative was that I paid the extra 500.00 to heat the pool, and there was only one day that the pool was warm enough to get into. But other than that, we had a wonderful time! I will definitely book the Britt House again!
Its a wonderful place, will stay there again, if we go again in may, would probably get pool heated. The upstairs tv's were not hooked up and no batteries in remotes, which we thought were odd. We figured them out and bought batteries. Very spacious and away from everyone, when your on the beach which is a plus. Its a great place .
