Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is ideal for a beach vacation where the sound of the waves and wide-open ocean views set the pace for your days. With the shoreline right outside, Blue Moon gives your group a front-row seat to the coast, plus an oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze and take in the view. This six-bedroom house has three full bathrooms and one half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 19 guests.
After a day on the sand, unwind together in the living area or cool off outdoors, where a spillover spa adds another spot to relax. Please note that the spillover spa is not heated. A dishwasher makes cleanup after group meals easier, and the in-unit washer and dryer help keep beach towels and vacation clothes ready for another day by the water.

Blue Moon had everything we needed. We typically stay outdoors for the day. So, a well stocked kitchen and nice beds were good. One complaint is there are no lights under the house. Needs some touch up work.

Blue Moon is a very nice house and location. My family enjoyed the stay. It would be nice to see an upgrade to the mattresses and couches. The overall house and location was excellent. The back porch was awesome.
We loved this house, a few issues but Elliott Beach Rentals took care of them quickly
Wow! We spent Christmas in this beautiful home. It was a great time with lots of space for the grandchildren to roam around. Kitchen was well equipped (even had a griddle - we forgot ours). The only thing is next time I will bring extra pillows. Loved the bathroom layout!! We would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great Christmas present for my family.
Great location, great for families.
My family and I stayed at a beautiful property, Blue Moon. The home has perfect access to the beach. A wonderful swimming pool and the property was perfectly cleaned. The Elliott staff we dealt with were extremely professional and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again next year!
Great location for large parties! Very convenient and comfortable house design! Super responsive host! Kitchen can use a small upgrade but overall definitely worth the money !
