This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This six-bedroom, five-bathroom house sleeps up to 14 guests and overlooks a shared pool, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim without going far.
Inside, two kitchens provide extra space for preparing meals, while the elevator makes moving between floors more convenient. High 10-foot ceilings and eight-foot doorways add to the open feel, and a porch swing offers a comfortable place to relax after a day out. Guests can also enjoy a shared ping pong table for some friendly competition. Traveling with an even bigger group? Blue Dolphin connects to Blue Whale, allowing you to rent both sides for a combined capacity of 28 guests.

Beautiful home with updated furnishings and close to the beach. Spacious two levels with separate kitchens and living rooms make this house a great rental option for large families. I definitely would recommend this home and would rent again.
The place is great.
The stay was awesome! The property is beautiful! The only I would suggest is keep the pool on at all times during rental this helps to keep the pool clean and help to keep the bugs away. We would DEFINITELY recommend and stay at this same property again! Beautiful beautiful beautiful. I enjoyed having the two suite areas of the home and also having a pool.
