This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

At Beachy Keen, the shoreline is just across the street, and the ocean-view balcony offers a great place to enjoy the coastal breeze. This three-bedroom home has 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, sleeping up to 10 guests.
Inside, an open floor plan and vaulted ceiling create a welcoming space for everyone to gather, while the kitchen’s granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher make meals easy to manage. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, complete with a Bluetooth speaker, or unwind in the living room with its 65-inch television. House is nice and clean
All in all my fault had a great time in Beachy Keen! Our family wanted a place where all 8 of us could stay together and this place fit or needs. The place was clean and any issues we had was taken care of promptly. Thank you for letting your property open to us. We would love to rerent in the future.

Beachy Keen was perfect for my wife and I to spend some time relaxing together. The property is impeccably clean, steps from the beach, a short drive to many great attractions and restaurants and has all the essentials needed to make our stay feel like we were home.
