This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Beach Fun puts you right on the oceanfront, with multiple balconies overlooking the water and the beach just beyond your door. This spacious house offers 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, accommodating up to 26 guests for a family vacation or group getaway.
Inside, granite countertops and a dishwasher make mealtimes easier, while an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay. Gather for some friendly competition at the foosball table, fire up the grill for an outdoor meal, or rinse off after a day in the sand using the outdoor shower. We stay in beach fun every March. And September, or October twice a year every year for the last 16 years. It is a beautiful house. And a great location. We have reservations for March 2026 and 2027, And September 2026 and 2027. We hope to stay there many years to come The Webb’s
Love this house, we rent it every year. Please upgrade the refrigerator. Also a larger tv in the downstairs bedroom would be nice
This house is beautiful and has so much potential. We couldn’t have picked a better location.
We love the beachfront- 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths was perfect for our large family. There were ample cooking utensils, and pots and pans.
This is the third year staying at this house. It is perfect for a golf week vacation. Everyone in the group has had a great experience — right on the beach, close to the courses that we wanted to play.
Amazingly close to the ocean! Great location.
We stayed in Beach Fun 2/15-21/2025. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful, well equipped and has a lot of room for large groups. We enjoyed our stay!
It was a great get a way vacation for the family, we will use Elliott Realty again in the future.
