This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This spacious house features 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests for a family getaway or group vacation. Take a dip in the private pool or unwind in the spillover spa, keeping in mind that the spa itself is not heated. Inside, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer help make longer stays more convenient. With the beach just outside and plenty of room to gather, Beach Bum makes it easy to balance time together with relaxing moments by the coast.

Great view of the ocean. Beds are pretty nice to sleep in and the description did prepare me to not expect a great pool area but still just a little disappointed for the amount of money paid for the week! Staff at check in was great.
You could not beat the view of the ocean from the living room, outside deck, and all three master bedrooms! We loved watching the ballgames in the evening on the big TV, in the living room. The North Myrtle Beach location was nice and quiet. We enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. The house has its own beach access past the pool. It's a great house for a large family.
