This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Bailey’s Lighthouse puts you right on the ocean, with an oceanfront balcony where your group can enjoy the scenery and sea breezes. This spacious house features 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests.
An elevator makes getting around the home easier, while the game room brings everyone together for friendly competition with a pool table, poker table, ping-pong table, and board games. The well-equipped kitchen features a double oven, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and Keurig drip or pod options, making meals for a crowd more convenient. Outside, unwind in the hammock, gather at the outdoor bar, fire up the gas grill, or rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower. Bailey’s Lighthouse is perfect. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 9 adults and 4 small children. The pool area is superb, hot tub, grill, bar, ping pong, lots of lounge furniture. The 4th floor has a pool table and fantastic views from the balcony. All bedrooms are amazingly comfortable and spacious. Our expectations were exceeded! We hope to return!

Enjoyed our stay, great spot on the beach. The house was exceptional. Lot of steps but I guest good exercise.
The house was beautiful and clean as was the hot tub however, the mattress in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor was uncomfortable and we were without working remotes for a couple of days. I loved the house and would stay there again. Also, the gifted cake was a delicious surprise.

We loved the home. The decor, the large kitchen , the amazing outdoor spaces. We played ping pong and enjoyed the pool morning and night. All the bedrooms were lovely and big showers.. We also really enjoyed the top floor for pool. Love the cake.
