This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Enjoy the ocean breeze at A Summer Wind for your next North Myrtle Beach vacation. This luxury beach house rental features four bedrooms and four and one half baths, giving plenty of space to guests. You are going to love the surroundings of this Cherry Grove neighborhood when you vacation at this beach house. A fishing pier and seafood restaurants are nearby and the outlet malls and live entertainment theatres are only minutes away.
There are flatscreen TVs. This luxury beach house rental also boasts a nicely furnished kitchen with stainless appliances and an outdoor grill so you can cook up some seafood masterpieces during your beach vacation. Dive into the swimming pool and stay nicely refreshed during your beach vacation. Or just lounge poolside with your favorite book or music nearby. Pool can be heated for a fee May-Jan. The granite counters, hardwood flooring and stainless outdoor kitchen add to the list of luxury amenities featured at A Summer Wind in Cherry Grove. The salt marsh is on one side of Cherry Grove while the Atlantic Ocean is on the other, so when you are on vacation at A Summer Wind you are surrounded by saltwater.
When you are not relaxing at this luxury beach house you can feel free to explore the North Myrtle Beach area. Amusements and attractions are everywhere as are golf courses. Visit the renowned Brookgreen Gardens and Murrells Inlet MarshWalk on the south end of town and the historic waterfront district of Little River on the north end of the North Myrtle Beach area. South Carolina dining is varied as there are nearly 1,500 restaurants around town. Choose your cuisine or shop the seafood markets for your own fish and shrimp. Retreat to A Summer Wind each evening and enjoy the beautiful interiors, the breeze outdoors and its close proximity to moonlit strolls down the beachfront.

This home is clean and spacious. It is located within golf cart driving distance of lots of things to do. The pool and landscape are both beautiful and well kept. The a/c works great and the kitchen is fully stocked. Availability permitting, we will return to this property next year.
Updated appliances were a huge hit and we enjoyed them, please get a bigger tv for the living room. We love this home
