Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Just two short blocks from the breaking waves, A Step Away is close enough for you to easily scoot back and forth throughout the day. You may want to hit the beach after dinner, too, for a moonlit stroll. This well-maintained home has all the conveniences you'll need, including wall-mounted TVs, cooling ceiling fans, and lots of comfy furniture that welcomes you to stretch out and relax. The master bath features a large walk-in shower with a corner bench and handheld sprayer. In another bathroom, there's a tub, in case you have little ones who need a bath. And if anyone in your group wants a desk for a workspace – gasp! – you'll find one of those, too.

An outdoor shower makes it simple to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach (or rinse your clubs after a day on the links). You'll also appreciate a private outside area where you can grill out or just chill beneath the stars.
