This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 15 guests, with 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms giving everyone plenty of space to spread out. Two detached downstairs bedrooms offer extra privacy, while the detached laundry room keeps everyday chores out of the way. When it’s time to relax, gather around the firepit, cook on the grill, or challenge the family to a game of foosball. Afterward, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before heading back inside. Property is nice!
Nine of us and 2 dogs stayed in A Hellya Getaway and it was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had a lot of conveniences that made the stay comfortable. Downstairs there was a fooseball table with other games, and every bedroom had a TV. Upstairs kitchen had all full size appliances and downstairs had a gas stove/oven and smaller fridge. It was a relatively quiet area and only a block and a half to the beach, which we loved. One of the best things for us was the separate in-law suite downstairs which was perfect for the 2 couples to share. We would 100% stay here again!
