This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
With its winding channels, coastal views, and easygoing atmosphere, Cherry Grove is a great place to enjoy a slower-paced North Myrtle Beach getaway. Set on a corner channel lot, A Bushel and a Peck puts you close to the natural side of the area, with a short walk to the nature preserve and a floating dock right at the property. The 5-bedroom, 4-full-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and features a coastline-view balcony and crow’s nest for taking in the surroundings. Inside, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer make settling in easy, while an indoor jetted tub adds a relaxing touch. Spend time playing shuffleboard or cooling off in the kiddie pool, and when the day winds down, all TVs have Netflix for convenient entertainment. Very nice location & house was very clean. Would definitely come back -the scenery was wonderful Just couple of minor issues- no hangers so we bought some & left them for next family. No place outside for pet to go to bathroom. Even a little grass area would be an asset.
We loved the house and the amenities it offered. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice.
House is good. Pleased with everything so far just a lot of small silly issues.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and great location. The channel views were so beautiful and little dock perfect for fishing. The saltwater pool was so nice for the kiddos. We would definitely stay here again.
The counter top is cracked. There is water stain in the ceiling in the living space.
We would stay again!
