Located in the Windy Hill area in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this house rental is excellent for a leisurely vacation to the beach. With various amenities, four bedrooms, three full baths, a nice kitchen, and a spacious living area, 1 Wave N' Sea has everything you need for a relaxing, rewarding escape to the beach for you and your family, including a 4-minute walk to the beach!
The house is a short walk from the beach. It would be easy to pack a bag and spend the day on the sand. When you are ready for a swim, the outdoor saltwater swimming pool (can be heated for a fee) is perfect for a swim or just relaxing, float around and enjoy the sunshine. Be sure to bring your best furry dog friend under 75 pounds, too, as this beach house is pet-friendly with a $300 refundable deposit! Don't forget about the walk-in closets to place all your luggage and belongings in as well.
There are lots of things to see and do close by 1 Wave N' Sea. Enjoy golf courses, water sports, beautiful beaches, boat rides, biking, shopping, and dining at the local restaurants. This house is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to stay during your next family vacation to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Beautiful house, some minor things that need repair. After initial issues were fixed, we very much enjoyed our stay.

This is a wow factor on cleanliness. My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 15 years. We’ve always changed locations every year as we were not happy with what we had. This is the first time we are extremely happy on the cleanliness. The attention and details with light switches, and everything else is exceptional. We would like to make this our forever rental.

Extremely clean beautiful home. The kitchen, dining and living area along with the patio were spacious for all of our gatherings. The multiple bedrooms and baths gave us private comfortable sleeping areas. All rooms have a TV with endless viewing options. The beach is only a short walk to see the sunrise and walk the soft white sandy Beach. We loved our stay and plan to return.

We had a great time!! The pool vendor didn’t clean the pool before our arrival but Elliott contacted the home owner and that afternoon when we returned the pool was cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. House was set up nicely for a family to cook whatever they want. Having the white privacy fence was wonderful. We enjoyed letting our dog outside to play and sunbath. I would highly suggest this house for a family vacation.

My family and I had an amazing time at 1 Wave N' Sea!! The house was beautiful and very spacious to accommodate our family of 8 which consisted of six adults and two children. The pool and covered patio were lovely for our lazy afternoons. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals all day! Less than a 5 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. The game room was also a big hit! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and Elliott Realty was always quick to respond with any questions I had. I will absolutely, without a doubt, book at 1 Wave N' Sea again.
