The condo is roomy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Spacious balcony with great ocean view. There was an issue with the washer but the maintenance guy was there the next day to fix it. Third floor condo so naturally lots of steps to navigate.
Very nice place hope to rent again.
Very nice unit with a beautiful deck. Large enough to sleep up to 8-10 people comfortably. In the unit, our only complaint is the table (folded up with four folding chairs). Although it wasn't an issue, renters should know there isn't an elevator which could make carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs difficult for some. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.
Very pleased!! Balcony was EVERYTHING!! Very well appointed and decorated as well.
Property is nice. Updating the furniture would be nice and more relaxing. Bed in master, couches, and bar stool just to name a few.
Missing screens on the sliders, called Mgmt office and they sent someone to measure already.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit, it was recently renovated and it's in very nice shape. It does have a dishwasher which isn't listed in the description, it's very well stocked with all of the essentials. All of the beds were very comfortable. With the beach right outside the door, it's hard to beat, this location is not located near any highrises so the beach was pretty quiet during our stay. The one downside is the parking, they have assigned spots and only a few unassigned ones, I have a truck and couldn't make it into our assigned spot, I spoke to the realty office and they us set up an alternate location to park.
My grandparents owned this unit for over 25 years but recently had to sell because they could no longer maintain it. The views are fantastic and the beach access is hard to beat.
