Very clean, love my view and the easy access to the beach.
We have stayed in this unit the last two years and love it. We love the location to all the local shops and restaurants and that it is never overly crowded when we come to NMB on vaca. The only recommendation I would have is for a pillow top mattress cover or something added to the king bed in the master bedroom. We will definitely revisit next year as we love this condo as it is always super nice and clean on the unit and on the grounds! The indoor heated pool is a bonus.
We had a wonderful stay at Waterpointe 2, unit 602. The unit was very nice . A very nice place would stay at Waterpointe again.

Was a great place to stay overall and whenever I had an issue I just messaged the host and got a response pretty quickly. Path to the beach was great and easily accessible through the lobby. The place is about a 20 minute drive from attractions like the boardwalk so it was convenient. Overall the place was great and so were the host.
Condo was clean and great
Beautiful unit, we will stay again. We were shocked at our linen being delivered and we had to make our own beds.
