Description

The stunning condo has a blue and white paint scheme that will remind you of a beautiful South Carolina summer’s day. You will have everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation including a private balcony, two parking spaces, and access to an outdoor swimming pool. Located in the Shore Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, Pelicans Landing 1 132 is close to the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, several cabinets, and plenty of counter space for you to cook and clean with ease. There is a coffee maker for your morning pick me up and plenty of storage for non-perishable food items. The massive fridge is great for keeping meats, vegetables, and drinks at the perfect temperature. Other amenities in the rental include a washer and dryer, central heating and air, and complimentary WIFI. There are also four flatscreen TVs—one in each bedroom and a 65’ TV in the living room. The private balcony is comfortably furnished and the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails or starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee and an ocean breeze.
There is plenty to do onsite at Pelicans Landing. Cook up fresh shrimp, fish, or hamburgers in the charcoal grilling area. There is a picnic table too so you can dine outdoors and not even mess up the kitchen in the condo. Children will love the playground area. A putting green is useful for practicing your swing before heading out to one of the many championship golf courses. You will also love being a short walk from the beach. Pack your beach bag and head to the shore for a full day of fun in the sun. Watch as boats sail by and people stroll along the shore. This part of the beach is not as busy as others and is a great place to set up a beach umbrella. Within walking distance is the Apache Pier and Ocean Annie’s Bar. The pier is not just a great place for fishing but for sightseeing as well. You can take your catch of the day back to the condo and cook up a fresh meal for the family. It was as described, the beds where a bit loud and we had no toilet paper but the place was nice and a short walk to the beach.
Elliott staff is always a great team to work with when it comes to my vacation needs!
Most everything was good. Previous guests left 2 drawers full of clothing that we had to dispose of. MWe had a hinge on our screen door come loose upon entry, but there was a maintenance man here within minutes to fix it, terrific service. Room was clean, Furniture and beds pretty comfy, except crazy barstools that you cannot balance upon?? Removes a bit tough to figure out, but the tv's are nice. Appliances were all fine, and we found many kitchen pots, pans and dishes we needed. Could use a few more spoons. Pool was very nice, and the location works very well for us. All in all, a very nice vacation spot.
