I stayed in Blockade Runner 506. I think this is my 3rd stay in the complex, all different rooms. I love being up on the top floor and being able to see far out on the ocean. It's also nice to be farther away from the people and music that comes from downstairs. The balcony is my favorite and this year there was an Adirondack chair our there that was absolutely perfect!! It allowed me to sit back and relax without having to lean on the wall like other years. Thank you! The room, although certainly not the nicest or fanciest I've ever stayed in, is perfect for what I need. I don't even mind that it isn't fancy. It's affordable and that's what matters most to me. My trip is about emotional and mental healing and recovering from a long winter. Being able to spend all that time in the sunshine in my own space on the balcony is exactly what I need and then being able to go out to the beach for a nice long walk is also perfect. The shower water pressure is good and nice and warm. The heater is good and I love that it has a constant fan feature to help block out other guest and hallway/elevator noise. The only thing I really didn't like, and it wasn't a huge issue when I was there, but can see where during the busy season would be, is people coming for the Cafe and taking the parking in the lot directly in front. I feel like if they're coming for that, they should have to park across the street, including golf carts. Overall, I had the best stay once again! Oh, one more thing I think could be improved on...the lights coming from the wifi box are very bright during the night. The lights from the detectors are already bright enough, which I completely understand and nothing can be done about, but maybe there is a way to cover or somehow block out the lights on the wifi? Not sure, and to be honest, it didn't keep me awake. Just prefer to go to sleep in a darker room. I don't think there is anything that can be done, but there were young teenagers that came up to my floor looking for someone not knowing "which room he is in" and then proceeded to talk about running down the floor knocking on every door. Thankfully that didn't happen, but I did hear the conversation clearly since they were waiting for the elevator and I was staying right there. Obviously, my "issues" are very small and the good things far outweigh them. I am so thankful for a wonderful time away in a comfortable room with a fantastic balcony. Thank you for allowing me to come and stay once again. I look forward to coming back again next year!

The office staff is AMAZING!!! Love the price. Thankful that we can stay here just a few days.
