Yes units should be updated. Toilet seat in my unit looks like it’s never been changed since the place opened. The carpet definitely needs to be swapped out.
We loved it here! The room was clean, fridge was cold, easy access to the beach, I mean we just stepped out the back door and we were there! The pool was really nice. I highly recommend ❤️
Remove carpet and install waterproof flooring. Waterproof flooring is much more sanitary. Have a better set of kitchen utensils, forks spoons knives Everything else was great. Even through our stay was very short was loved it.
Dresser table drawer looks out a little damaged but other than that one bed needs mattress, it’s over used but overall beautiful outside. Love property
