Condo is beat up and needs updated. Kitchen area is ok. Mostly the tub & shower needs to be replaced/repaired.
The beachy wall hangings made it cozy and cute. Was cleaned well but could definitely use some updates to make it more appealing. The bath tub especially could use some work.

Centrally located, loved the cost place. Beach balcony is the seeking point. Resort was well equipped and well maintained, love the pools and kids liked playing at the arcade.

A perfect location for the work conference I attended this past weekend. Clean and neat. Near the beach and restaurants.
We had a getaway last weekend. It was a nice place overall. Oceanfront view was great. Ideal for a couple, thought it has 2 beds. The appliances and bathroom might need a little upgrade, but it is the best place to stay for the price.
Room was great! Grounds were great! Would not recommend driving a full size truck or larger. Parking for this type of vehicle was terrible!
This was the first time that I have ever booked with Elliott Beach Rentals and I was extremely satisfied. The condo was very clean, beautiful views, and easily accessible. Located right by the Dunes resort and in a very safe and quiet area. I reached out numerous times with questions regarding the condo and I received messages back in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

The layout is great. The view of the beach is amazing. We like that there is a kitchen and real refrigerator. The location is super convenient and easy access to the beach. A lady added a little coffee shop off the side of the Beach Colony resort. It made it easy to grab a coffee, some fruit and a yogurt. My son loved the glazed donut.
We enjoyed our short stay. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer.
It was AMAZING. our room was very spacious. The hotel that our room was located in was amazing as well w heated pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river we definitely will be staying with Elliot Beach rentals again.
