Rich and luxurious furnishings surround you in the ultimate in comfort. No stone was left unturned when planning for your vacation. There are flatscreen CCTVs and WIFI throughout the condo. The gleaming kitchen has everything you need and plenty of counter and storage space. You will feel like a king at the lovely dining room table with extra comfy and luxurious seating.
You will sleep like a baby in the master bedroom and awake to the sounds of the waves breaking along the surf and a beautiful sunrise every morning. Bedrooms two and three are just as luxurious and comfy, ensuring your guests get a great nights sleep.
If you love splashing in the water, you have many options to do so at Ashworth 1207. From the salty water of the Atlantic Ocean to the sparkling pools and lazy river. Indoors or out you have your choice of fun water activities and the hot tub is a great way to soothe tired muscles after spending the day at one of the area's best golf courses.
Check-in and check-out will be at Elliott's on-site Ashworth office. It is located street side on North Ocean Blvd under the green awning.

Guest Reviews
We stayed in Ashworth 1207 from June 13th through June 20th, and overall we enjoyed our stay. In our opinion, the unit was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming coastal feel that made it easy to relax.
The king-size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable for us, and we slept well during our stay. However, the others in our party said the queen-size bed and twin beds in the other bedrooms were not as comfortable and may not be the best fit for everyone.
We thought the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer, as I think many future guests would appreciate having those options available.
We also enjoyed the living area and especially liked the table and chairs on the patio. It was nice to spend time outside enjoying the views and ocean breeze.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider staying in this unit again.
We loved the proximity of the condo to the beach and all the shops and restaurants we could walk to. The security of the building did an awesome job! Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved our stay!
The people at Elliot are awesome! Check-in was a breeze, they were so welcoming! I personally think the homeowners have done a great job keeping the condo updated. You are at the beach, it is not your home and relying on others to keep your property clean!
We had a great time staying here at Ashworth. The unit 1207 is very accommodating to our family. Nicely decorated. The best view ever & hearing the ocean at night cannot be beat! We're looking forward to renting this unit again in the fall.
